Day 01 Cochin:

On arrival Cochin airport/railway station, meet our tour manager
who will escort you to the cab. Board the cab and drive to the hotel.
Cochin is a vibrant city situated on the south west coast of the
Indian Peninsula. Check in hotel and later on move out for the local
tour of Cochin. Visit the Dutch Palace, Chinese fishing nets, Jewish
Synagogue, Fort Kochi and other places of interest. Later on return
back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 02 Cochin –Thekkedy:
Morning after breakfast, drive to Thekkedy. It is one of the famous
wildlife destinations in Kerala. It is also called as Periyar. The
Periyar wildlife sanctuary is the major tourist attraction here.
On arrival Thekkedy check in resort and spend the rest of the day
at leisure. Overnight stay at the resort.
Day 03 Thekkedy:
Morning after breakfast, proceed for the local tour. Visit the Periyar
wildlife sanctuary. One can get the glimpse of the elephants, the
wild dog, boar, bison, leopards, varied species of birds. Later
on return back to the resort for an overnight stay at the resort.
Day 04 Thekkedy – Kumarakom:
Morning after breakfast, drive to Kumarakom. It is one of the famous
backwater destinations in Kerala. It is a cluster of little islands
situated on the Vembanad Lake. It is considered to be the fascinating
paradise in Kerala. On arrival, check in resort and later on move
out for the local tour of Kumarakom. Visit the Kumarakom bird sanctuary,
it is home for wide variety of flora and fauna. Later on return
back to the resort for an overnight stay at the resort.
Day 05 Kumarakom – Alleppey (Houseboat Cruise)

Morning after breakfast, board the deluxe houseboat. These houseboats
are also called as Kettuvallam in Malayalam. These houseboat are
made out of Anjali wood and in the making of the houseboat not even
a single nail is being used. The houseboat consists of a bedroom
at times even more than one, kitchen, sit out area, dinning area,
balcony, etc. The cabin crew consist of a boatman, a cook and a
oarsman. Enjoy the 24 hours of backwater cruise covering Kumarakom
and Alleppey. Overnight, stay at the houseboat.
Day 06 Alleppey:
Morning after breakfast, check out of the houseboat at 09:30 am
at Alleppey as you would have reached there by then. Board the cab
and drive to the resort. Check in resort and later on proceed for
the local tour of Alleppey. Alleppey is the other famous backwater
destinations in Kerala. It is also famous for the snake boat race
which is conducted annually in Kerala. Visit the Alleppey Beach,
Kuttanad – the rice bowl of Kerala and other places of interest.
Later on return back to the resort for an overnight stay.
Day 07 Alleppey – Cochin:
Morning after breakfast, drive to Cochin airport/railway station
to proceed towards your onwards destination.
